How to Cook?

Mix meat, grated onion, salt, pepper powder and turmeric. Knead them and make meatballs. Roast the meatballs in a small pot. Rinse your rice and mix some of rice with saffron powder. In a big pot, pour a little oil and then decant a layer of rice and then decant a layer of rice mixed with saffron powder. Add a little sumac spice to it. Now put some meat balls on ingredients. Repeat this steps until the pot gets filled.
