How to Cook?

24 hours before cooking, cut meats in equal pieces and put them into a bowl with grated onion(s), boiled saffron, yogurt, lemon juice, oil and powder of pepper. Mix and put them in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Spit meats and put them on barbecue. If you use coal, you can fan meats by a hand-fan. When one side of meats cooked, reverse them and let the other side to cook. In the next step, spit tomatoes and cook them.

After cooking, you can it meats and tomatoes with bread and cooked rice.
