Dough Tarkhineh Soup; Delicious and Healthy

Dough Tarkhineh Soup is one of the very delicious soups originally from Kermanshah. It is prepared very easy.

[icon name=”check-circle” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Chickpea, lentil, and bean (1/2 cup)

[icon name=”check-circle” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] Curd, salt, powder of pepper, oil, water and dried meat (in sufficient amount)

How to Cook?

Put lentils, beans, and chickpeas in a bowl with water 12 hours before cooking and change the water of that every 4 hours.

Turn on the stove with medium temperature,

Chop onions and roast them in a medium pot with oil. Add beans with chickpeas to the pot and roast them. Turn off the stove and wait until it becomes cold. Then add 6 cups of water to it, turn on the stove with medium temperature and when until the water is evaporated and then reduce the temperature. After an hour, add tarhana, chickpeas, salt, and powder of pepper. Add soup vegetables after 30 minutes. When your soup is cooked, eat it with curd.
