How to Cook?

1. Chop garlic and roast with oil in a pan.

2. Remove skin of beans and put them in a pot of water with salt on stove with medium temperature until they boil.
Attention: do not put cover of put unless you feel that the color of them is green. Then beans should not boil for a long time.
Decant yogurt in a bowl and mix boiled beans with it. Rile them and add salt, turmeric and dill to them. Continue riling and finally, decorate it with fried onion, roasted garlic and lime powder.
